Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

  4. Lay lemon slices over the salmon and sprinkle with fresh dill.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve the baked salmon with your favorite side dishes.
