- 1/2 cup red wine (optional)

- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
