Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Salad:

  • Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • Croutons
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate and Grill the Chicken:

    • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
    • Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    • Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Prepare the Caesar Dressing:
