Lemon Garlic Herb Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.
