Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

- 1 cup (240ml) beef or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
- Heat a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil, then add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Add Aromatics:
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, and chopped celery to the browned beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
