Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
- Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pasta.
