Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  2. Sear the Chicken:

    • Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
  7. Simmer and Thicken:

    • Allow the chicken to simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
  8. Serve:

    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and visual appeal.
