Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Make the Honey Mustard Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried thyme, and paprika until well combined.
