Recipe: Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (about 225g) pasta of your choice (linguine, spaghetti, or fettuccine)
- 1 pound (about 450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.

- Taste the pasta and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and black pepper, if needed.
Serve:
